  • "Urban Dance" is not considered a specific dance style, but rather a label given to the choreographic form that integrates elements from various dance styles during the development of street dance. Because this term tends to dilute people's understanding of the various dance styles and cultures that are involved, the street dance community has decided to stop using this term. Therefore, our classes will no longer use this term and will instead use "choreography" to refer to this form. For more information on how "Urban Dance" came to be known and spread, please refer to YouTuber "奶酪糕 Nanoak's" video. For more information on the controversy surrounding the term "Urban Dance", please refer to Steezy Dance Studio's video.

  • If you take classes from Cupertino, your video will be on daily.eds.dance. The videos expire in 24h, we cannot help you find expired videos.

  • The expiration time of the class pass determines the window within which you can register for classes, but it does not restrict you from registering for classes that take place after the expiration date, as long as you register for them within the valid timeframes. For example, your class pass is valid for Jan 1st to Jan 7th, that means from Jan 1st to Jan 7th, you can use it to register any classes available on the website and pay with that class pass, including the classes given on Jan 8th. However, if you register a class on Jan 8th, your class fee will not be covered unless you purchase a new valid class pass.

  • We do not offer extensions for class pass unless it is a case of severe illness, which significantly impact your ability to attend classes. However, in such cases, we require valid proof of your severe health condition, such as medical certificates or doctor's notes, detailing the nature and duration of your illness.

Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will freeze your class pass to a specific start date and reactivate it after the designated end date. This process allows you to temporarily suspend your pass while dealing with your health condition.

Please keep in mind that our policies are designed to ensure fairness and accommodate genuine needs. If you believe you qualify for an extension due to severe illness, kindly contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.
