| Performance Manage Assistant 节目管理协助 |
Responsible for coordinating and liaising with each program leader, tracking rehearsal progress, and arranging costume photoshoots and technical rehearsal schedules. Collect program information, participant lists, and lighting and audio requirements. 负责和对接各个节目leader对接，跟进排练进程，安排定妆照拍摄以及技术彩排时间等。 收集节目信息，人员名单，灯光音响要求。 |

You will be responsible for assisting with backstage management to ensure the smooth running of the performance. Your duties will include stage logistics, coordinating with the performing teams, and maintaining backstage order. 你负责协助后台管理，以确保演出过程的顺利。 指责包括场务，联络表演团队候场，管理后台秩序等。 |
